DogFest Walk 'n Roll is the national signature event of Canine Companions for Independence and will be part of "Pack the Park," a community celebration of volunteerism, civic engagement, and leadership hosted by the UNR Center for Student Engagement. This collaborative event is unique in that it supports Canine Companions while also providing an educational experience for University of Nevada students. "Pack the Park" focuses on introducing students to the concept of philanthropy, and will identify additional opportunities for students and community members alike to work together, learn from each other, and ultimately learn to effect positive changes through the co-creation of knowledge and shared resources.

As Committee members, we need your specific skills as well as asking all of you to "spread the word" and recruit teams to participate. www.cci.org/dogfestReno
