Help young people prepare for the world of work, give them their first taster of an interview situation. A day of your time will last a lifetime for an individual. Volunteer today

Many students will not have had any sort of experience of being interviewed, so these days aim to give students valuable experience and skills that they will need for the future. The day will last from around 8.30am until 3.30 and will consist of 30 minute one to one interviews with yourself and a student (each volunteer conducts between eight and ten interviews). We suggest a 20 minute interview with a 10 minute feedback session, so as the students can learn what went well and what they should probably not do in the future! Learning to Work will provide you with a hard copy of our interview day pack via post, including everything you will need for the day; students’ C.V.s, example questions, feedback forms and all the details and confirmed timings of the event.
