We need volunteers who can make a commitment to one evening a month from 5:00-8:30 for at least a six month - twelve month period. Some volunteers may not need to arrive until 6:00 pm.

The Nanny Manny Brigade provides child care during the Cobb County Foster Adoptive Parent Association training events. The events are normally held on a weekday evening once a month normally the third Wednesday of each month but the location and days may vary from month to month.

There are normally 65-90 children at each meeting ranging from the age of newborn to 18 years old. We divide the children into six groups and like to have at least four volunteers with each age group. The age groups are Infants, Toddlers, Preschoolers, K-2nd, 3rd-5th and teens (6th grade - 18 yrs old).

Volunteers need to be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check. Safe Sanctuary training is required along with a completed application and background check.
