This was a currently meeting small group that will start again we hope in September or when the place it meets can open the room again. There was temporary leadership filling in for leadership that could not continue due to health concerns that needs to have someone(s) step in and take the group from here. It is an excellent meeting place with flexible, daytime hours so the day and time could be moved to meet the needs of the Leader. Speakers, videos, and other group developing possibilities are available. Training and guidance as needed are available. This includes information about neuropathy which 10% of the population is now thought to have symptoms of.

Mission Statement
Hope through caring and education - Our mission is to provide support, information and referral to people with neuropathy and to those who care about them, to inform and connect with the health care community and to support research. We need people to serve as group leaders in many communities in the Western States west of the Rocky Mountains.
Description
We are a California Non Profit Public Benefit Corporation which IRS deems to be tax exempt. We major in starting and developing support groups for people with peripheral neuropathy and those who care about them. In the process we endeavor to make connections with the health care community to better serve our members and to inform the health care community about "this mst common disease you've never heard of." With approximately 2 million people in California suffering from neuropathy, it is amazing how many people have never heard about it. Many know someone with the symptoms but may not know there is a name for this. We are led by a Board of Directors now numbering 6. These people have a variety of skills and contually upgrade the organization.
