The Keeper's Closet is a non-profit charitable organization located in Gilroy dedicated to providing children's clothing, supplemental food, and other necessities for needy families in our local community, all free of charge.

We are currently seeking a volunteer fundraiser to help us raise funds to support the Keeper's Closet and the work that we do. This individual should be someone who isn't afraid to take risks, has great oral and written communication skills, creative, and a self-starter. Must have dependable form of transportation and be reliable. Bilingual is not a requirement, but definitely a plus!

A typical day on the job may look different each volunteer day. Some days may be spent speaking to businesses, local groups, and churches about how they can partner with us to raise funds. Others may be presenting to those willing to learn more and share with their group. Some days may be going door to door to try to obtain funds from our caring community. We also may need you to assist us in the grant writing process.

Hours are flexible and based on a) when you have time during the week, and b) when you are scheduled to make presentations for groups, churches, etc.
