Duties:
Manage the day-to-day of volunteer intake and oversee the associated workflow for the team;
Recruit and train new team members as needed;
Ensure the intake process is accomplished in timely manner and in line with metric goals;
Establish and maintain customer service standards, templates, procedures as needed to enhance the new volunteer experience;
Familiarize yourself with the needs assessment, line of service teams and priority positions; and
Lead targeted recruitment planning efforts, conduct recruitment presentations and report on outcomes.
Skills:
Must have good computer skills and willingness to learn internal database system;
Excellent customer service skills;
Experience working in fast-paced environment;
Resourceful and self-motivated; and
Dedicated to support the mission of the Red Cross.
