Our staff and volunteers are the lifeblood of Dignity. Without you, we cannot provide the exceptional, compassionate and responsive care our patients and families deserve. Just as we are serious about doing the right thing for our patients and families, we are also committed to providing a supportive working environment for our staff and volunteers. We are all coming together to fulfill life’s journey, and you have an important role to play.
We are a place where you are valued, and where you can demonstrate your passion, gifts and talents to the benefit of patients, families and your co-workers. Our goal is to be true to our Texas roots with our culture - we are authentic, laid back and personable, and we encourage our staff and volunteers to bring their joy for what they do to work, each and every day.
Our Volunteer Program allows you to serve how God has gifted you, and serve those who may never be able to say thank you. Whether it's through Internship, music, Bible study, conversation, animal therapy, holding a hand, having a conversation and listening, providing important administrative support in our office, or in other ways, you will be a valuable part of our team.
