Provide telephone support to caregivers who have lost a loved one in our hospice program. Callers will contact people at 2 months and 3 months following the death to offer a listening ear and to see if further follow-up is needed from our staff.

Training is provided. Calls can be made from our office in St. Louis Park or from your home on your own time.

Ideal candidates have:

  • A clear, pleasant phone voice
  • An ability to listen with compassion
  • Willingness to use our computer program to retrieve/log call information

Time commitment once trained 1-2 hours/week
