We are looking for 2-3 qualified individuals to help in our Surgical Servives Department. They will be assisting patients who are coming into the hospital for a surgical procedure, as well as monitoring the surgical waiting area.
These individuals will help with pre-op and post-op duties such as providing comfort items for patients and families. They will assist the surgical staff in admitting and discharging patients. They will be trained to assist the staff in turning over rooms, keeping rooms supplied well, and offering great customer service to our patients and families.
Shifts are Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM. Requires good mobility and ability to push wheelchairs. This is a great opportunity to be part of the surgical team and assist our patients and families in having a wonderful patient experience at Platte Valley Medical Center.
