Only Make Believe is a non-profit organization that performs interactive theatre for children in hospitals, care-facilities, and schools for children with special needs. We are dedicated to the belief that engaging a child's imagination is an important part of the healing and learning process.
We have multiple opportunities and are in need of creative and expressive photographers who can capture the joy and laughter in our performances and memorable moments during our 5k and cocktail party fundraisers. This is a great opportunity for beginner to advanced photographers looking to add meaningful material to their portfolio while making a difference.

Only Make Believe is dedicated to the principle that freeing a child's imagination is a valuable part of the healing process. Our vision is to bring joy and inspiration to as many children with chronic illness and disabilities as possible, across the United States and around the world.
Description
Only Make Believe is a non-profit organization that creates and performs interactive theatre for children in hospitals, care facilities, and schools with dedicated special education programs. We visit these sites with professional actors for three-week performance cycles. Our interactive program engages, inspires and empowers children living with chronic illness and disabilities through the collaborative process of theater.
We started performing our interactive shows in one hospital in 1999, and now, thanks to your support we’re in more than 50 hospitals in New York City, Washington D.C., and beyond!
