The Grant Writer will research, write, and prepare grant proposals and reports that align with our mission to rescue and rehome German Shepherds. The Grant Writer will review funder websites, application guidelines and determine appropriateness of potential funders. They will also work with other volunteers to identify areas of needs where a grant would help solve a problem or fill a need.

Austin German Shepherd Rescue (AGSDR) has dedicated 24 years to bettering the lives of German Shepherds in need across Texas. Our team dedicates the most time advocating for German Shepherds facing the highest risk of euthanasia due to costly but treatable medical conditions, and age.
