HOLA's SmartStart (Elementary) is looking for volunteers to students with their homework assignments in subjects such as language arts, writing, math, science, and social studies.
Qualifications
Must be at least 16 years' old
Minimum 2-hours per week commitment
Interview with program director/ volunteer coordinator
Background check
Volunteer Orientation
Ability to work with elementary students, ages 6-11
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
