Our annual Wine Soiree Spectacular, held at Marconi Automotive Museum in Tustin, is a place where you, your company, or your friends can become active members of the SCHF family as we offer a forum to mingle with individuals of common background who share the belief that hospice is a vital and indispensable service for our community.
We are looking for individuals who have a strong work ethic mentality and love to give back to their community. This volunteer opportunity will consist of pouring wine tasting samples for our guest, explaining interesting facts about the wine and where it’s from (facts will be listed on a note card), and collecting wine bottle request from individual guest and returning them to the volunteer in charge.

Description
Foundation Helper- Assisting SCHF events such as our Fundraisers, bereavement workshops, and outreach events. Direct Patient Volunteer- This is our hospice volunteer program and the opportunities are limitless when it comes to how you want to spend your time as a hospice volunteer. Share your music, watch a movie together, speak about current events, play card games together or share stories; the time spent as a hospice volunteer has a profound impact on the patient and their loved ones. Healing hearts Initiative- For volunteers who want to provide their special talent or service ( such as singing or bringing in a certified therapy animal) , SCHF creates a memorable experience by working hand in hand with the volunteer to tailor their talent/services for our patients. Angel Ambassador- Our Angel Ambassadors are our Hospice Volunteers who volunteer outside of the place of care; they deliver care packages, they help organize/coordinate our requests, and they host outings like going to a theme park or sporting event.
