Project Sunshine is a multi-national, volunteer-based nonprofit that meets the social-emotional needs of pediatric patients and families living with all medical challenges. Interested in an exciting leadership opportunity?

Project Sunshine’s chapter in Minneapolis provides volunteers with the opportunity to spread sunshine and joy to children facing medical challenges. Volunteers provide creative arts and crafts programs, games, and other activities in pediatric medical facilities for children and their family members.

Project Sunshine Minneapolis is currently looking for Chapter Leaders to oversee and coordinate volunteers and monthly programming, with support from Project Sunshine’s office in New York City. Chapter Leaders make a minimum one-year commitment to this leadership role, which includes recruiting and training volunteers, and leading local programming. This is a volunteer position.

The programming occurs on weekday evenings, but initial training will require some weekday hours. Volunteers must be at least 18 years old.

Project Sunshine partners with over 325 medical facilities across the U.S. and in four international locations, serving more than 150,000 pediatric patients and families.
