Are you good at posting on social media and comfortable with websites? We need help with our established website to help post announcements, send emails, post donations, and keep site updated. Website training is included. We also need help posting on social media and marketing about our event, our meetings, and team fundraisers. These are most critical openings although there are many other opportunities available.

The American Cancer Society Relay For Life (RFL) movement is the world's largest fundraising event to end cancer, uniting more than four million people in communities across the world to fight back against this disease. Funds raised through the events enable the Society to help people facing the disease today, educate people about how to reduce their risk for cancer or detect it early when it's the easiest to treat, and fund cancer research that will help protect furture generations.
But our work is not done. We need people like you to join the Relay For Life movement and help multiply our efforts to eliminate cancer as a public health problem.

Description
The American Cancer Society Relay For Life of Calvert County is rated one of the top community events in the county. The event will be held on Saturday, June 2nd at the Calvert County Fairgrounds, beginning at 2 p.m. with games, food, entertainment, and activities for families. Admission is free, and all are welcome. Activities may require a donation, and food will be available for purchase. The event will conclude with a Closing Ceremony at 11:30 pm.
There are several ways to get involved in Relay For Life of Calvert County. You can take part by joining the group of community volunteers who comprise the Event Leadership Team which is responsible for all aspects of planning this event, or by making a donation, becoming a sponsor, volunteering to help at the event, or starting your own team!
