We are looking for a marketing volunteer who can approach various organizations and centers who may have access to a volunteer pool. This may include senior and community centers. Faith based organizations. Libraries. To present and distribute our requirement materials. Give information on what a hospice volunteer opportunity could be like. Hoping to create a Veteran hospice service as well.
Assist the volunteer coordinator in formulating new options of outreach. Could be used to acquire volunteer and experience hours toward an education requirement.
This opportunity will evently benefit our patients and caregivers in a very real way.

Description
Advocate Hospice is a full service hospice that provides quality end of life care to patients and their loved ones. Staff and volunteers provide patients with physical, emotional, social and spiritual support. Patients are serviced throughout the Chicagoland area where ever they call home i.e. nursing home, their home, assisted living or hospital. The goal of our volunteer program is to support and encourage our patients and their loved ones through service and acts of kindness and compassion.
