Our organization, American Bone Health will provide Vineyard Village (affordable senior housing center) seniors a presentation on osteoporosis, nutrition, and exercise followed by one-on-one risk screenings using our online based tools based on their medical history.
We are looking for 6 volunteers who will help with registration and explanation of their risk level and best next steps.
Medical background preferred. Training will be provided.

The mission of American Bone Health is to mobilize communities with timely bone health information that supports strong and healthy bones and prevents osteoporosis and fractures. American Bone Health builds capacity for local community outreach through programs and public awareness campaigns. We engage public advocates for osteoporosis prevention, detection and treatment.
Description
As a non-profit resource center, we are dedicated to preventing osteoporosis through research and education of the public and medical community to increase awareness of risk, prevention and treatment. Our education programs include lectures which you may discover in the website.
