Polk County Crisis & Advocacy
Services (PCCAS)
PCCAS is a division of the Polk County
Department of Community, Family & Youth Services that provides
assistance to victims in Polk County regardless of race, gender, age,
ethnicity, sexual orientation, physical or mental disabilities.
Vision Statement
In Iowa all crime victims are treated with respect and fairness and receive
victim-centered, comprehensive and coordinated services.
