Many residents of our skilled nursing facility are familiar with the county fair, but not all of them are able to go out to it anymore. We'd love to have 4H and other students bring their fair projects in to show our residents! Show us your ribbons, tell us what was involved in your project... or come and use us as a practice audience before your Fair presentation. Either way, you get to show off your hard work, and our residents get to reminisce about their own Fair days. Contact Amy through the button on this page for more details!

Mission Statement
Greenewood Manor has a long history of providing excellent care to our residents, who currently range in age from 46-106. We provide skilled nursing care and rehab stays for residents with a wide variety of diagnosis and abilities.
Description
Greenewood Manor is a non-profit skilled nursing facility. We offer skilled and intermediate 24 hour nursing care, as well as supportive living and respite care options for individuals seeking assistance on either a short term or long term basis. Greenewood Manor is owned and operated by the Greene County Board of Commissioners.
All potential volunteers must submit a Volunteer Application, a signed waiver form, pass a background check, and complete a Volunteer Orientation Session/ Interview prior to working with our residents. Volunteers under the age of 18 will be required to present a certified copy of their birth certificate at the time of their interview. Groups coming in to provide one-time entertainment may have different requirements- contact Amy Shade for details.
