Responsibilities

· Prepare registration system before the event and bring the proper registration materials to the event.

· Arrive at the event in time for first staff meeting

· Responsible for registration of the guests and welcome them

· Coordinates admission, check-in and check-out.

· Effectively communicate and deliver information regarding Maya’s Hope Organization.

* Sale raffle tickets

· Other duties as assigned such as helping with storage of advertisement material, banners and aiding other volunteers’ roles

Skills

· Excellent Communication skills

· IT skills (IPad for guest registrations)

· Good organization and Administrative skills

· Charismatic personality with ability to interact positively with our guest and actively engage all guests

· Effective problem solving

· Goal oriented; able to work independently and as part of a team.

· Enthusiastic and passionate; Interest in our cause
