Volunteers stand outside of Sam's Club and hand lists of items that we are collecting that day to shoppers.
Everything that we collect in Fort Collins gets distributed in a variety of ways, including via our Street Outreach program and a Gear Room at the Murphy Center, a resource center in Larimer County.
Volunteers shifts are 10:30am-1:30pm or 1:30pm-4:30pm. All dates are posted at www.homelessgear.org/calendar

Homeward Alliance (formally Homeless Gear) is a Fort Collins-based nonprofit that provides a continuum of services to individuals and families who are homeless or - in some cases - at risk of becoming homeless: supplies that help them survive in the short-term, connections to resources in the interim and links to employment, housing and self-sufficiency in the long-term.
