Mission: To help "at-risk" individuals reach their highest potential through education and care.


  • Assist in the development, design, and execution of marketing material (i.e. flyers, brochures, interest forms, Annual Report)
  • Capture and create compelling testimonials during LLC’s internal events (i.e. Orientation, Work Week, Lunch and Learns)
  • Support special event planning and media coverage with Director of Marketing/Development
  • Update current news and events on Life Learning Center’s website via Wix Editor
  • Research marketing opportunities for local speaking engagements, TV and Radio interviews


  • 18+ years or older; must pass drug-screen and background check
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-starter; able to work well without constant direction
  • Excellent oral, written, and computer skills (familiar with Word, Excel, Canva, and Outlook365)
  • Prior experience (i.e. internships/classes) focused on marketing, communications, graphic design and social media is beneficial


  • Exposure to a variety of marketing practices such as public relations, non-profit marketing, and publishing/design software
  • Ability to make a true difference in the Candidates’ lives based on your commitment to leverage awareness to the Center’s mission
  • Exposure to business and community leaders, including board members

Flexible hours depending on intern’s class schedule and/or extracurricular activities, with opportunities to work from home
