ORGANIZATION: Keep North Fulton Beautiful

Join Keep North Fulton Beautiful staff as we help Sandy Springs Summer Campers have fun with easy recycled-material art projects! Volunteers are needed to be enthusiastic helping hands for children in four 30-minute groups of 15 each, with campers ranging in age from 6-11 years. Assistance will be needed on Wednesday July 26 from approximately 9:30am-1:00pm, including prep time, clean-up, and pack-up at beautiful Overlook Park, 200 Morgan Falls Road, Sandy Springs 30350, RAIN OR SHINE. Volunteers will be sent instructions for the projects ahead of time if requested.

Keep North Fulton Beautiful is an environmental non-profit that provides education and conservation programs to the communities of Johns Creek and Sandy Springs. Our mission is to educate influence and activate our community in the beautification, conservation and preservation of our environment.

Description

We have served our community since our formation as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization in 1984, and as an affiliate of Keep America Beautiful, we share the vision of making our communities cleaner and more beautiful places to live, work, and play.

We operate the Sandy Springs Recycling Center on Morgan Falls Rd, and do business as " Keep Sandy Springs Beautiful" and " Keep Johns Creek Beautiful."

Our primary focus areas are litter prevention, beautification, waste reduction, water conservation, and environmental education.
