Front Desk Administrative Volunteer Position:

Our Bing Center in San Carlos is currently looking for a cheerful volunteer to cover breaks and lunch of our Front Office Coordinator and assist with customer service and administrative tasks. The Front Desk Administrative Volunteer would help in answering phones, accepting donations, receiving and distributing mail.

This volunteer opportunity might be for you if:

  • You are passionate and persistent in finding answers for our community members.
  • You have a high attention to detail and is the type of person who doesn’t easily get overwhelmed by paperwork or data entry.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a guest facing positon.
