The ladies of Sloan's Lake Rehabilitation Center love having their nails done! They may be seniors, but they take great pride in maintaining a "polished" appearance! We are looking for volunteers to commit to coming in one Friday afternoon per month (right now, the 3rd and 4th Friday of each month is open), taking the nail cart around to patient rooms, and giving simple manicures to the ladies who are interested. (most family visits happen on the weekends, and our ladies like to be looking their best for visitors!) Simple manicures consist of removing polish with a cotton ball, filing nails (no clipping), and applying new polish of the patient's choice. Of course this is also a great way to get conversation rolling, and you'll be amazed at some of the ladies you meet! Please let me know if you're interested!

Description
We are a new, 45-bed rehabilitation center on the shores of Sloan's Lake in Denver. We look forward to bringing in volunteers to help our residents have a more pleasant stay while they're with us.
