Love animals and want to make a difference? We are looking for fosters for momma dogs with puppies,puppies,and adult dogs. We will match you with whatever breed/size/age that matches your comfort level, experience, and time committment. Our fosters should be committed to keeping the animal the entire time needed to get dogs adopted.
All medical expenses, supplies, and even training techniques (we are partnered with a local dog trainer) are on us AND we also do all the promoting and events. Want more information? Mission Statement
To provide safe harbor, medical care and love for adoptable animals that have been abused, abandoned and neglected until they are placed into loving, responsible permanent homes; to decrease the need for senseless destroying of animals by educating the public about the benefits of spaying and neutering; to build a community where people value animals and treat them with respect and kindness; to promote respect for life, responsible pet ownership and to encourage the higher ideals of compassion toward animals and people through education and example.
Description
Tails of the free is a registered 501c3 non-profit rescue that was founded by a passionate group of volunteers. We have quickly expanded the rescue to five locations in Chester Co, in Partnership with Pet Valu. We all are animal lovers and many of us would take them all in if we could.
We work with the local community as well as high kill shelters to bring in as many adoptable animals as we can in order to find them loving, caring homes. We are no-kill and all the animals in our care are safe while waiting for adoption.
Between our main partner Pet Valu and our dedicated fosters we are able to save many animals that would simply be passed over and forgotten.
