Assist with the setup and tear down of the Wings Over Camarillo STEM Pavilion, including setting up tables and chairs, running power cords, setting up a drone cage, and general space planning, then tear down and cleaning up after the event.
During the event tasks include assisting with letting exhibitors in through gate, helping exhibitors locate their booth and providing assistance with their set up, answering questions from the public, handing out flyers, and running errands as needed.

The Camarillo Wings Association (CWA) is an all-volunteer, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that hosts the annual Wings Over Camarillo Air Show | Car Show | STEM
Recognized as one of the most highly anticipated community events, The Wings Over Camarillo Airshow is attended by more than 24,000 guests over the weekend. The Airshow brings families, friends and aviation enthusiasts from surrounding communities and all walks of life together for two days of excitement and fun. Guests of the airshow enjoy exciting airshow performances, food and vendor booths, a pancake breakfast, all types of military and civilian aircraft on display, rides in airplanes and helicopters, classic cars and motorcycles, a kids area, and the very popular Veterans tent with opportunities to meet heroic military Veterans and learn about aviation history.
The Airshow includes a STEM Pavilion which highlights what is new in aviation and aerospace and other Science, Technology, Engineering and Math fields. It a place for families to see Drones and UAVs fly, see robotics in action, learn how airplanes fly, meet educators and industry professionals, and get excited about STEM based careers and educational opportunities.
Net proceeds are distributed among participating non-profit groups that promote science and aviation and further the education of Ventura County youth through leadership and service.
