Line of service: Volunteer Services
Purpose: Provide excellent and enthusiastic customer service to enhance the blood donor experience.
Primary responsibilities:
*Engage with donors to make the donation experience fulfilling and set the stage for a long-term commitment to regular blood donations
*Model excellent customer service behaviors
*Ensure blood donors have relevant information and that questions are answered appropriately
*Registration, canteen, and loading are key positions at blood drives.
Time Commitment/Availability: Variable; preferred commitment one shift per month
