Line of service: Volunteer Services
Purpose: Serve the Red Cross as a recruitment team lead. This position works to get the word out for volunteer recruitment needs, registration process, and provides general coordination.
Primary responsibilities:
*Leads recruitment team for the chapter
*Coordinates targeted recruitment opportunities and networks
*Assists with the onboarding and training of volunteers
Time Commitment/Availability: 5 to 10 hours per week
