Our Patient Volunteer Advocate will assist the Volunteer Coordinator at Brookdale Hospice MN office.
Patients and their families do not always realize how accessable our volunteer program is, the Patient Volunteer Advocate will introduce the volunteer program to patient families. The Patient Volunteer Advocate will gain inside knowledge on how to run a volunteer program and why it is important to hospice. This volunteer will work directly with the Volunteer Coordinator to grow the program and enhance volunteer and patient relationships.
If you are looking for a way to bring joy and frienship to peoples lives, this is the opportunity for you!
We are looking for someone to volunteer 1-2 times per week, we are very flexible with scheduling.

We are a local hospice organization in the Minneapolis area. We believe in providing compassionate and individualized care for each of our hospice patients, because every journey is different. Our desire is to continue to grow our volunteer program so that we can effectively address all of the needs that our hospice patients may face while we care for them on this final leg of their journey.
