Do you want to make a difference in the community? Are you looking for a volunteer position? Hospice Kingston is looking for volunteers to help at the annual Golf Classic In Memory of Larry Gibson at the Loyalist Golf and Country Club!
Join us on August 18, 2017 for a fun day of friendly golf in support of hospice palliative care services in the community; help with golfer registration and marshaling, silent auction set-up, closing and item pick-up, act as a hole greeter, and help with take-down after the event. This is a great opportunity for individuals, small groups and high school students. 2-3 hour shifts are available.

Description
For over 30 years, Hospice Kingston has provided comfort, support and companionship to people with a life-limiting illness or affected by grief or loss. The organization's achievements are made possible by the extraordinary commitment of volunteers: they provide in-home hospice visiting and respite care, grief and bereavement support, and caregiver support; they make special events successful; they keep our gardens beautiful and inviting; they fundraise; they reach out to the community with presentations and speaking engagements, and they serve on committees and the board of directors.
