We are looking for individuals who are interested in attending our public events to engage our audience Before, During and After our Events. We need help driving attendance, hype and overall engagement. Our volunteers will work under the direction of our Social Media Channel Marketing Manager.

BEFORE EVENTS:

Share creative reveals of lineups or special guests, or use teaser videos and images to increase excitement. Ex: post countdowns to the event - bonus points if you use beautiful images to motivate sharing.

Perform giveaways to encourage attendance. Ex: Offer discount codes to followers on social media, or create social contests for tickets or travel stipends. Make sharing posts a qualification for giveaways to expand reach.

Share behind-the-scenes pics and stories well before the event begins to boost conversation and engagement. Ex: Retweet posts from excited attendees - their posts are free marketing to potential attendees.

DURING EVENTS:

Create/Manage a photo booth area. Ex: Take photos at designated area and share fun pictures.

Share content from speakers. Tweet or post the key quotes from speakers to encourage sharing.

Interact with audience using questions and polls. Ex: Use Twitter polls to obtain feedback.

AFTER EVENTS:

Seek Press coverage.

Ask for feedback. Share positive feedback. Ex: Share post-event surveys with followers to find out how to make future events even better.

Currently we host monthly public forums at Grace Community Church on the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 7 - 9 pm. We also need volunteers to attend a variety of other events throughout our community during the year.
