Kate’s Club empowers children facing life after the death of a parent or sibling. We build healing communities through recreational and group support programs, education, and advocacy.
Kate's Club offers small, closed support groups in the community for children and teens who have experienced a death of someone close to them. These small groups typically are held in different schools around the city. We are looking for volunteers who have flexible schedules as many of these groups are held during the school day between 8:00-4:00pm.
We are looking for individuals who have a clinical background who have led therapeutic groups. There is additional training if you are interested in this volunteering opportunity.
