Foster a Homeless Pup or Dog in Need!
Please Contact ajourneyhomedogrescue@gmail.com with your name, email and phone number. Kathy will give you a call with more information. You get to pick who you would like to foster, who will be a good match for your family. We go through an intensive screening process, for potential adopters to make sure they are a great match for your foster..The rescue pays for expenses, including vetting. Thank you for your interest in volunteering!

PLEASE consider becoming a foster home, and find out how rewarding it can be! A Journey Home provides basic needs, including medical expenses at our participating clinics located in Wheaton, Naperville, and Geneva. Y ou supply the love! High kill shelters are overcrowded with dogs and puppies that need our help. More fosters on our team means we can save more lives! We are also looking for people to help transport the dogs and puppies we save from states like Kentucky, Arkansas to us.
Someone who has marketing knowledge, networking skills, computer skills would be a great benefit to our cause.
We could use someone to head up and find fundraising opportunities

Mission Statement

A Journey Home Dog Rescue identifies temperamentally sound dogs and rescues them. We will provide them with excellent medical attention including all necessary vaccines, heart worm testing & micro-chipping (age appropriate). We spay/neuter every dog (age appropriate). Provide them with socialization as family members in our homes. Ultimately we find each of them a family where they will be loved and cherished for the rest of their lives.
