EZRA's Food & Hygiene Pantry operates with a client-choice model, allowing clients to select their own groceries every week. The pantry distributes more than 3,000 food bags and 1,500 hygiene bags a year, and thanks a recent pantry expansion, we're looking for volunteers to help our pantry continue to run smoothly.
Availability Wednesday or Thursday Afternoon is necessary.
We ask that our pantry volunteers make a commitment of one shift per month, for three months. These shifts last no more than 2 hours. Of course, we encourage volunteers to continue after three months if they enjoy volunteering with us!
A brief pantry orientation is required prior to volunteering. Please arrive promptly at 1:30pm for your 1st shift.
You can call Peyton Scott at 773.467.3851 to sign up over the phone or click "I want to help" above, and we'll reach out to you!
*Please check your junk mailbox to ensure our emails are not being delivered there*
