One on One Tutor for 7th Grader

We are looking for someone who is consistently available on Thursdays from 3:45-6 PM to work with one of our struggling 7th grade students.
All of the scholars at BHGH are highly motivated and academically capable youth. They come to us from under resourced schools and sometimes struggle now that they are attending high performing college preparatory private schools.
This particular boy needing tutoring also needs help staying focused during study time and also needs help with personal organization of notes and assignments.

Boys Hope Girls Hope is a non-profit, multi-denominational and multi-ethnic organization, which provides scholarships to meet all of the needs for academically capable youth who may be held back by invisible barriers within their families or community.
Our residential and community-based programs offer comprehensive services and support systems that nurture the self-confidence, discipline and focus required to test children's academic limits and allow them to achieve dreams they once thought were out of their reach.
All scholars receive full educational scholarships to private college-prep schools, mentoring, tutoring, access to multiple enrichment activities and support through college.
