Nu Sigma Theta Service Organization- Colony Ambassadors

Save to Favorites

ORGANIZATION: Friends of MJHS

It’s RUSH time at Nu Sigma Theta and we are recruiting ladies and gentlemen (ages 20-over) from all over the world to pledge.

Nu Sigma Theta was formed to provide a way for people to do community service projects and random acts of kindness. We are a diverse, multi-generational organization and have no religious affiliation.

We have a heart for service and advocacy and since we cannot be everywhere in the world, we are recruiting for people to be an extension of us where they live. We call these people Colony Ambassadors. You're not going to be called upon to lead any activities in your state.

Most of our activities can be done from the comfort of your own home. An activity planner is sent once a month by email and we also encourage our members to develop activities of their own. Current adult members live in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Illinois, Michigan and Nigeria.

A working email address is a requirement as is a Facebook account. Facebook is critical as it allows you to participate in our pledge process (which is completely virtual) and engage with our members. If you are unable or unwilling to create a Facebook page for this activity, there is no way that you can participate at this time.

Interested candidates can respond here with their name, birthday (not date of birth), city/state and we'll get you started.

There are no "dues" imposed for those who apply under this opportunity - but we only need one person per state - so if you're interested, you must RUSH! After we have initiated a Colony Ambassadors in each state, we will no longer accept applications from that state.

Connections are important! We would love to be connected with you!
