Administrative Assistant to help Senior Vice President of Resource Development needed!
We are looking for a volunteer to provide general support to the Senior Vice President of Resource Development, including: organizing and scheduling appointments, planning meetings and reserving rooms, ordering meals for lunch meetings, greeting guests and directing them to meeting locations, typing of minutes, etc.
Volunteer should have experience as an administrative assistant and/or office administration and have working knowledge of office equipment (ie., printers/copiers, computers)
Opportunity exists anytime between the hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm; Monday through Friday.
Volunteer can make their own schedule of day(s) and times they wish to come as well as frequency.
Must be 18 or older.
This is a great opportunity for someone to gain experience while working in a very energetic and creative department!
