Health Imperatives is collecting new baby items for the Healthy Families programs, located on Cape Cod and in the Blue Hills (Weymouth) region.
Our WISH LIST items for Cape Cod & Blue Hills Healthy Families include:
- Diapers
- Wipes
- Bottles
- Blankets (new and clean)
- New Infant clothes (0 yrs to 3 yrs old)
- New car seats
- Strollers
- Toys (new or gently used)
We cannot accept stuffed animals, used underwear, socks, or pajamas, used hygiene products, or cribs (due to recalls)
DROP OFF:
- 942 W. Chestnut St., Brockton (9am to 5pm)
Healthy Families is a home-based family support and coaching program that supports young, first-time parents ages 20 and under and helps them create stable, nurturing environments for their children.

Who we are:
Health Imperatives is a non-profit community based agency that provides vital health and human services to nearly 30,000 families and individuals each year from communities stretching from Quincy to Nantucket.
Health Imperatives promotes healthy, safe, and vibrant families and communities. We support families and individuals who are struggling to cope with the devastating effects of poverty and violence, individuals who are worried about their health and safety, and parents who may be unprepared for the challenges of raising young children. Our health, nutrition, and counseling programs provide help, hope, and opportunity to local families and individuals.
Our Health Intervention and Prevention services include:

- Plymouth AIDS Support Services
- Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Nutrition Program
- Support for Adjudicated Youth
