During our afterschool programs, our volunteer tutors assist students to complete their daily assigned homework. Tutors may also help students work on supplemental materials to strengthen basic skills in subjects such as math, reading and spelling. Tutors serve for one or two hours a day, one to three day a weeks.

H.O.P.E For Tomorrow, Inc. is a not-for-profit agency providing services to members of the West End neigborhoods of Pittsburgh through partnerships developed with local school districts, community organizations and churches. As indicated in the mission statement, it is the intention of H.O.P.E For Tomorrow, Inc. to foster a commitment to members of the community which will promote healthy self- image, self-esteem and self-expression leading to the development of stronger members of society in tomorrow’s world.
