HopeLine is a local nonprofit that has been in the community, since 1970, providing free crisis intervention and suicide prevention services over the phone and text. HopeLine is run primarily by volunteers who answer the crisis line, respond to texts on the text line, and serve on the Board of Directors. With the new fiscal year, we are looking for more individuals to serve on the Board of Directors. We are looking for people from all walks of life that are committed and passionate about mental health and suicide prevention.
Being a Board member, you will:
- Spread Awareness
- Participate in Events
- Attend Monthly Meetings
- Support HopeLine Staff
To become a Board member, you must contact our Executive Director (firstname.lastname@example.org) and request an application. Once selected, members serve for a term of 3 years and perform duties in good faith.
