Alpha Home has 3 different properties that need to be kept beautiful and maintained. We're looking for someone who will help assist the Maintenance Coordinator/Groundskeeper fulfill various work orders as well as help maintain the grounds. The times and dates are flexible but it must be during regular business hours, M-F 830-5pm. We'll try to accommodate scheduling issues as best we can.
If you are interested in volunteering, email volunteer@alphahome.org or call 210.735.3822 to set up a time for your volunteer orientation which includes signing confidentiality paperwork, a background check, and a urinalysis. Duties:
Flower bed maintenance
Weed reduction
Raking (leaf removal)
- Mowing
- Trimming shrubs & trees
- Blowing debris
Assist Maintenance Coordinator & Groundskeeper with various work orders
