Magical Gardens
Admission: $7 adult, $5 child (3-17), $0 infant (0-2), Museum Members are free. All special activities and admission to the Museum Center and Village are included in the ticket price! In case of rain, all activities will still occur indoors!

Magical Gardens Family Event
Saturday, August 12, 10am - 3pm

Families of all ages are invited to explore all the magic and mystery the gardens hold! Visitors can take part in over a dozen activity stations including special garden tours, making fairy houses, creating herbal remedies, dragonfly and butterfly activities, garden gnome obstacle course challenge, face painting, garden scavenger hunt, and much, much more. Don’t forget to wear your fairy wings and bring your wand! Activities are designed for children and adults so everyone can join in the fun!

Volunteers will have the opportunity to work either at the admissions gate or in our Town Hall selling food and gift shop items.Volunteers shifts are as follows:

  • Morning Shift: 9:30am-12:30pm
  • Afternoon Shift: 12:15pm-3:00pm
I am also looking for experienced face painters. We have three designs that will be offered to guests. All materials are provided by the museum, just need crafty face painters.

This is a great opportunity to welcome families to this unique and entertaining experience! Volunteer one shift and get entrance to this event FREE!
