We are seeking volunteers to assist in our gift shop. Our gift shop is located inside our hospital.
Volunteer Responsibilities:
Assist in daily operation of the gift shop. Run the register, open or close, pricing of merchandise, inventory and restocking. Engage with patients, caregivers, and staff.
Qualifications:
Able to follow and execute instructions
Able to stay calm in stressful situations
Able to work alone and independent (within scope of assigned duties)
Able to work well with diverse populations
Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable
Must be able to volunteer 4 hour shift schedule
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail is preferred, but not mandatory
