We would love your help in changing the lives of individuals who are educating themselves through our programs and searching for a new job!

Currently, we are looking for Hiring Managers, HR personnel and Recruiters who can:

  • Serve as interviewers during mock interview sessions, building confidence in our clients to succeed during the real thing
  • Assist our case managers with drafting/editing resumes
  • Work with clients to develop resumes
  • Coach clients during submission of online applications
  • Assist with the navigation of online job searches
Our volunteers are needed during regular office hours, Monday - Friday. You can serve as many, or few hours a month as you would like. Meetings with clients can me made by appointment in order to accommodate your schedule.

CDC of Tampa is experienced in delivering programming in the areas of youth success, workforce development, housing counseling and financial capability, as well as residential and commercial real estate development.
