This is the fifth Volunteer Trip I am making to India. Each year I take 3-4 volunteers. We teach English to the High School girls in the morning, distribute clothes and toys to the preschool children and keep the thirty senior ladies company in the evening. We also visit the Children's Cancer Ward and distribute socks, hats and toys. One evening is spent feeding the street children. The organization has requested only women volunteers. The dates are somewhat flexible if someone has to arrive late or depart early. If volunteers want to extend by visitng the Taj Mahal, I help coordinate that. They pay their own airfare and ten dollars a day for food and lodging.
