Want to learn more about non-profit work? Want to be involved in a learning experience that provides you an opportunity to impact lives, make a difference---and supports your growth and development professionally? Then consider an internship with the American Heart Association. Students will have the opportunity to observe, assist with and learn about marketing, design, fundraising and social media engagement.

Students pursuing a communications, marketing or fundraising/non-profit degree; strong graphic design skills, writing skills, good communicator, organized and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines are desired.

An internship at the American Heart Association will help you to:

• Gain practical knowledge relating to your major or career choice

• Hone in on your interests, skills and talents

• Develop an appreciation and understanding of the work done in a non-profit, volunteer-driven and community-based organization
