Show & Sale:

LOADING TRUCKS: Help load the moving truck with art panels and art containers. This position will use lifting and bending.

ART SET UP: This encompasses all of the set up for the Show & Sale (except hanging artwork and putting up art panels). Specific duties: fold programs, fold notecards, organize art cards, hang art cards, unpack artwork, sort and tag artwork, set up merchandise table, unpack supplies, set up registration table, and other duties as assigned. Sitting available; may be some bending and light lifting

ART CARD HANGING: After the artwork is hung, we will need to match the art cards with the hanging art. We don’t start until all the artwork is hung.

REGISTRATION : we will have two registration sections, one for artists and one for guests. We would like to try and get guests to sign in.

VOLUNTEER LEAD: A few lead volunteers to help train the first time volunteers and can answer questions in all volunteer sections.

SALES FLOOR: Sales team helps guests purchase art. We ask guests to not reach over the railing so ONLY sales teams will be reaching the art cards. The purchaser takes the art card to the checkout counter to make their payment.

FINANCE HELP: Will stand behind check out counter to assist with merchandise purchases and check out process for Finance Team.

GREETING: Welcome guests, give directions, use clicker to track number of guests.

CLEAN UP: Take art off walls and pack it up, pick up staging room. Will require some lifting and bending

PACKING/Wrapping art: Wrap art and picking up staging room. Will require some lifting and bending

• Monday, October 23 rd - 8am-7pm

• Tuesday, October 24 th - 8am-7pm

• Wednesday, October 25 th - 8am - 8pm

• Thursday, October 26 th - 9am - 9pm

• Friday, October 27 th - 9am - 8pm

• Saturday, October 28 th - 9am - 8pm

• Sunday, October 29 th - 10am - 3pm
