Description
McCullough Hall Nursing Center provides extended-stay nursing care to seniors with varying levels of disabilities. Most of our residents are retired Sisters of the Divine Providence. We are located at the Congregation of Divine Providence, campus of Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, TX.
