Take our "green" NGO to a new level! Join an exciting, recognized organization that is expanding DC tree canopy by engaging embassies,, residents, and many other stakeholders to plant and grow trees along Embassy Row.

For ten years, Restore Mass Ave (www.restoremassave.org) has planted trees and organized tree and landscape care along the historic two miles of Massachusetts Avenue NW known as Embassy Row. Our mission is to regrow the elegant, shady landscape of this major commuter street, which is also the last "Grand Avenue" of its type in the nation. Over the past decade, we have added some 350 new trees and arranged care for hundreds of others. Tree canopy has increased by an amazing 13.2% but needs to expand more to meet our and the city’s long-term goals.

We seek a volunteer- to represent the organization externally with selected embassies, government agencies and other players and to help manage projects with the President and the Board.
